If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. After all, all we want is for you to be happy with your new item. We have a very generous and fair 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request return.
Whatever the reason, if you do not like it or it doesn’t fit etc, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days on full priced items
We offer Refund, exchange and store credit for full priced items, and exchange and store credit only for sale items (this includes flash sales or where a discount code has been applied)

- The product needs to have been purchased within the last 30 days
- The product needs to be in its original packaging
- The product should be unworn and not damaged
- The product needs to be free of makeup, perfume or any other filth
- All swing tags are meant to be still attached to the garment.
- We start counting the 30 days after fulfillment email has been sent to you ie when we ship the product to you.
- Postage of returned item must be paid by the sender/customer and will not be refunded by Diana’s Closet. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please follow the care instructions on your garment, we will not refund, exchange or give store credit for normal wear and tear.
An Exchange or store credit will be offered for damaged or defective clothing.
Please note we do not refund sale items, this included flash sales and where a discount code has been applied. If you are not happy with your Sale item only a store credit or exchange will be offered.
Any shipping charges that are associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Please note -Preorder date can change due to shipment and production delays.
A pre-order item is made-to-order and so manufacturing only commence after a customer has placed their order. If you wish to return your finished pre-order item after receiving it, our normal refund policy applies.

We recommend using tracked postage to send the product back to us.
Once we have received your item/s please allow 5 working days for the return to be processed.
Any refunds will be processed back into the account or payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for any refunds to reflect back into the account.
